The elements that Sapore di Mare became known for is, his superb cuisine, the seamless service, the award-winning wine program, all in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.”
Sapore di Mare was conceived by the two spouses, Giorgia Calabrese, an interior and graphic designer, and Matteo Paderni, a former freestyle bartender. It aims to celebrate the ichthyic tradition with simple, high-quality dishes inspired by ancient Italian seafood recipes.
After opening Vino & Caffe in Miami Beach and Ni. Do. Mozzarella Bar on Biscayne Blvd, Giorgia and Matteo moved to Coconut Grove, a place where you can still walk, and everything feels smaller, less chaotic, and less touristy.
Sapore di Mare is, in fact, a small restaurant with few tables and seating, decorated in a coastal style and featuring the typical colors of Capri and the Amalfi Coast.
